I want DesiTees to make MY tees, can you guys do that?

Your shirts WILL NOT be made nor printed in India or Pakistan.

We make apparel for many dance teams, cricket teams, schools, organizations, stores, and obnoxious Desi gatherings all across the round globe.

Can I submit my own idea?

Sadly, we are unable to accept shirt ideas that you take from other Desi companies. Please do not send us links to/from google.

Something about non-transferable intellectual design protection rights, or something. The lawyer said it. At least we think it was the lawyer. He was wearing a suit or kurta; however with bata chappals. He still looked smart so we took his advice.

Anyways, if it is an original design we will be glad to take it. So….yes you guess it….Contact us

We are always looking for talented designers to work on a freelance basis. If you are interested, please contact us

When you contact us don’t be Gupta. We are not interested in your bio-data or resume. We know you Desi’s are smart. All we care about is the design.

Are you looking for new models?

We are always on the lookout for new models. If you are interested, please send a variety of pictures of yourself to us. You can email them to photogenic@desitees.com

If you look like Aishwarya Rai or Bipasha Basu you are excluded from the statement below and we are on our way to meet you…

Please do not wear a sari or bata chappals. You must be fully clothed. Chappals over socks do not count.

They do not need to be professional shots. In fact, we prefer at least some are pictures of you hanging out, goofing off, smiling, and having fun.

Is there a DesiTees store near me?

Currently we do not have any brick and motar locations. The one in India is just made from hardened stacked cow shit. We do not like people visiting this location as they are not to pleased.

Our retail business is currently online only.

Where are you based?

We are from the east coast of the US and A. All of our shirts are printed, designed, and shipped from the United States.

Why are you not replying to my emails?
Most probably its because you are super-duper annoying!!

Most likely our messages are pushed to your spam or its some random Desi holiday and we are busy! So hang tight we are not ignoring you.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

If you don’t have any money then stop reading. If you have any major credit card or PayPal, we’ll take it.Contact us for all other payment methods.

Orders

Why are some shirts not available in certain sizes?

But seriously, we’re popular. Sometimes we run out of a size or two. Check back in a few days and it should be here. If not contact us and we’ll let you know when its available.

My shirt doesn’t fit! What do I do?

Well run to our office here on the east coast and by the time you get here it should fit.

You can contact us and we’ll give you an RMA number for an exchange as long as your pit stains aren’t there. You’re going to have to pay to ship it back to us and we’re going to have to charge you to ship another one. If the item has been worn or washed, we can’t take it back.

How do I exchange my shirt for another size? / I was sent the wrong shirt / I was sent a defective shirt.

If you received the wrong shirt, want to exchange it for another size, or the shirt we sent you is defective; do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order too bad!
Just kidding! contact us and we will take care of the rest.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Most of the time it is YOUR fault. We’re too cool to make careless mistakes like that!
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it, please contact us

What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be DesiTees. The legal name of our company.

Can I place a bulk order?
We start bulk pricing at 24 pieces. If you are planning on placing an order for 24 items or more…
Stop being a cheap desi!
Contact us and we’ll figure something out.

I forgot to use my coupon!

Too bad so sad! We are stealing your money. Lol! Just kidding.
We are sorry but we can not apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time!

I bought this tee last week and now it’s on sale.
Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can’t provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it.

Shipping

How LONG will my order take to arrive?
Well its around six…Oh you mean order…
We send your “package” within 7 business days (typically same day).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please contact us.

How do I track my package?

First of all read above and wait for your product(s) to come in. If it takes longer or you don’t have the patience just contact us and we will provide you with more information

Care Info

Do your shirts shrink after washing?
Maybe you gained weight since your last wash. Or your just labaaaaaa-DUSH!
We use pre-shrunk shirts. However, all cotton including pre-shrunk cotton has tendency to shrink between 5 to 8 percent. If you are unsure please purchase the larger size as exchanges and returns are not possible of washed or worn merchandise.

What fabrics and ink do you use?

We print all of our designs on soft, high-quality blanks. Our shirts are the softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirt available anywhere. We think they are made of 100% ringspun cotton, combed for softness and comfort. It provides a contemporary fit.

Can I iron my shirts?

Tell your mom there is no need.
Ironing a screen printed t-shirt is not a good idea as the heat will damage the print. But if your mom yells at you for leaving the house with an un-ironed shirt don’t worry all the aunties wont give you funny looks.

Just turn it inside out and iron with extremely low heat only the portions where there is no print behind it. Do it at your own risk.
